Cant get access and nobody will email me back.

    I own a real estate brokerage and have all of my companies emails with WordPress and google. I received an email that I had to renew my WordPress account or the emails would be suspended. I tried to do so but its not recognizing my email for the login. I no longer have the assistant that set it up and her company email was terminated. I have no way to access company emails and I’m losing business. Nobody has emailed me back with WordPress support. The only way to get help is create a new website and pay for live support chat. this is crazy.
