Can’t get access into my site and I can’t even login

When I type in my site url, it just says the site is down or the server has changed and when I do my url/wp-admin it doesn’t take me anywhere. I can’t login to my site or get access to it. I’ve cleared my history and browser cookies and I’m at a lost. Please help me gain access back.
