Can't get access to my account.

Hello,
Note:I’m writing on behalf of my sister, cause she can’t access her account.Ok, so my sister has an account on wordpress.com, featherinashoe.wordpress.com. I helped her map her website to a new domain name, through a wordpress upgrade, a while back and last week she remembered that she had to renew her mapping.
That’s when she found out she forgot her wordpress.com password, so she underwent the necessary steps to get a new one. Bad luck though, she can’t find her two-step verification codes and she doesn’t get a new one when she clicks “send via text” even though she gets a reset code on her number. I tried helping her with the account recovery form, but that din’t work either.
Is there any way we can contact wordpress support and help her get her account back?

Hello.
I have a very similar to the original poster – my tablet is broken so I can’t access google authenticator, and sometime this year my backup code printout has been ‘tidied’ (it’s no longer taped to side of monitor where it should be!), so I’m locked out of my blogs. I’ve requested a code via SMS, but nothing has arrived (several attempts).
I’ve had to sign up for fresh account to post this.

If you are not successful, then please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
