Can't get access to my blog, probably something to do with a change to .com ?

  I had a wordpress.com blog that I changed to a .com blog instead, but forgot to prolong payment and now I can’t log into that site and delete it.

  The reason for changing to .com was so that I more easily could redirect the blog to my new private domain, where I at the moment have the same wordpress blog but hosted via another company. And now my “old” blog is back to name.wordpress.com – and since it no longer redirects I would like to delete this old blog, since it just messes up my BlogLovin’- account etc.

  BUT when I type in the www- address for the old blog and asks for a new password, WordPress just tried to give me a new password for another blog that i run (that is on the wordpress.com page as well). So I can’t get access to my old blog at all! (and I know for sure that they are created with the same email adress).

  And the blog URL connected to this question is the NEW blog, the old blog address is ekoenkelt.wordpress.com ! I use a swedish installation of wordpress.

  Any help would be very appreciated, I would really like to get that old blog closed down (OR starting to pay for it again so that it can redirect).

  Give us all of the URLS involved, starting with http. Tell us specifically “I want whatever.com to point to whatever.wordpress.com” or whatever. The above description is a bit too tangled.

  Thanks, and sorry about a very tangled question! Don’t even know if I myself understand what the main problem really is.. :/

  I want http://ekoenkelt.wordpress.com to either be closed down, or redirected to http://ekoenkelt.se !

  Main problem: Have lost my access to http://ekoenkelt.wordpress.com after I payed to changed the URL to http://ekoenkelt.com and the payment ended (after a year, during that year everything worked fine), which made WordPress change the URL back to http://ekoenkelt.wordpress.com but without a possibility for me to log in to that account.

  Hi @ecospherese,

  In order to either close ekoenkelt.wordpress.com or redirect it to ekoenkelt.se, you will need to login under the account that owns that site. Although the domain has expired, you should still be able to login under those account credentials at ekoenkelt.wordpress.com/wp-admin. Do you have access to the account that owns that site (it’s different than ecospherese)?
