Cant get access to my website www.buildit.ie

  Im typing http://www.buildit.ie/wp-admin however a 500 error appears:

  The buildit.ie page isn’t working

  buildit.ie is currently unable to handle this request.
  HTTP ERROR 500

  Can you look into this please, I have alot of work I need to do on my site and I cannot get access to it at all at present
