Can’t get access to the dashboard of my site
-
Hi, I am the admin of my website but it is not letting me log in to the dashboard. WordPress.com tells me I am not the admin. But I am. Is it because I have a free plan? Or is it something else. I’m happy to get a paid plan if it gets me access to my site, but I can’t get through to a human to help me with that.
Self-declared URL: newsandfeatures.co.uk
Jetpack: Unknown
WP.com: UnknownThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You might have a free plan here at the host WordPress.com but it looks like the URL you quote is found at GoDaddy servers. Have you tried logging in directly there?

That’s odd. I haven’t moved it to GoDaddy. Perhaps its because the domain is with 123reg

Worth noting that I’m not with Go Daddy and it is only showing on their servers as I have the domain with 123reg…in my dashboard there the domain is still forwarded from wordpress.com…so it is definitely an issue with wordpress.com.

I see GoDaddy nameservers. https://newsandfeatures.wordpress.com/ is a free site. Are you perhaps doing something to point that domain to the free site? If the free site was upgraded to a paid plan perhaps things would work better and you could make the custom domain the primary domain of the site (and lose the ads that display).
