Can't get Admin Access after Password Reset? Hacked?

    Hey everyone! Really weird. I tried to login to my wordpress admin using my regular admin email and it told me that my password was wrong. When I reset it I was able to login OK. However, when I got access again it didn’t show that I had admin capability. It just showed me as a user of my website and no admin capability. Is it possible that the website got hacked? What should I do?

    Hi there,

    For what site is this? You are the only user, owner and admin on coltonlee.wordpress.com

    However, I see there are two self-hosted sites connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin. Your admin logins on those sites have nothing to do with WordPress.com, but is unique to those sites. You’ll probably need to log in at your hosting provider’s admin panel to make changes to that if you’re unable to access the dashboard directly.

    For more help on this, please post in the self-hosted forums. The users there should have a better idea of how to fix this:
