Hello,

I tried to cancel my account and domain about an hour after I created it on Sunday. Then I was told it was pending, and then I was told that it was over 48 hours so I would not get a refund and the website has still not been canceled. I am not getting any support and have tried to get someone to help me cancel for a couple of days now and would still like a refund since I only had the website for one hour. Can someone PLEASE help me soon!

Nevervmind staff-totoro, I will just keep the website and try to find something that works for me instead of the other thing I was going to try to do.
