Can’t get blog to display theme on mobile

Hi there. I can’t seem to get my WordPress theme to show up on mobile versions on the site (even though the preview in my browser shoes it working ). When I actually go to it on a mobile phone it doesn’t show up, just the usual blue bar blank formatting. I’ve been researching and I don’t know if I have some kind of plugin blocking it from working?? I can’t figure it out.

Hello there, could you scroll all the way down and click on the View Full Site link?
I think our browsers on mobile will display the mobile version of the site by default so it’ll display quickly. Please try above and let us know if it works.

Oh yes that worked! But it’s kind of a bummer it defaults that way? Most readers come through Facebook (mobile) and they all probably see the default quick version. Is there anyway to bypass that?

I found a guide on WordPress.com to disable the mobile theme: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/mobile-themes/#disabling-mobile-themes.
