I have been clicking on the contact us button, the question mark button, and they both direct me here, to post in a public forum. WTF?

PS: For the live chat, you should go to Bluehost and then chat with their customer support.

Live chat and email support is available for owners of paid WordPress.com plans. The forums are available for free users.
Your account does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com, so forum support is what is available.
That said, your site is not on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software, which is something completely different. You can access your site via WordPress.com because you have it connected here with the Jetpack plugin, but we have no control over your site itself.
For help with your site, please post in the WordPress.org forums as explained above.
