Can't get Google Custom URL bc Can't Add Publisher Code to Header
-
It appears that in order for me to get a custom URL for my G+ business page, I need to add publisher authentication code to the header code on the site. I’ve added it to a text widget on the side bar, but G+ apparently looks at the header. Is there a way around this with a WordPress.com website?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We have no access to metadata and cannot insert anything into the <header> of WordPress.com hosted blogs.

Hello, timethief: I’ve already linked my G+ profile (authorship). Thanks. I have also linked my website to my G+ page at +Paradise Social and have verified it in Webmaster tools. Publisher markup has also been verified using the rich snippet tool. All of this has been done, but I have not been offered a custom URL for my page.
