Can't get image ( photo) add icon to call up the pane that allows me to updoad.

  I can add text, title on a new post, but can’t get the image ( photo) icon to call up the image upload sequence that I normally use. Ha been going on for two days now. Help!

  Can you please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache?
