can’t get import to work for Tumblr.

    when I try to import my art blog I get the message ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete. If you need any further assistance please contact support.’
    it was stuck there not actually working for a while so I tried clearing account information as it said it will stop any import currently in progress.
    still can’t import.

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
