Can’t get in

    Hello,

    I think I’ve messed up my site. I can’t get in to the dashboard. Before I couldn’t get in, I changed my domain from ketchupandmustard.life to inhimwelive.life.

    I also entered the new website on my WordPress dashboard (not sure exactly where) and then I couldn’t get in anymore.

    Directinc.com where I purchased my domain stated that the site is down.

    Hello Heidi

    Changing the domain on a stand-alone WordPress site like yours has a few steps aside from changing the domain in Settings. You can find the documentation for that process here.

    However, many hosting providers have their own process for this. So depending on your setup, you might be able to fix this yourself using those instructions. If not, please contact your hosting provider, Bluehost.com, directly for help.
