Can’t get in — don’t have Account Recovery procedure

Looking at your account, you have no sites listed. Do you perhaps have another WordPress.com account (or Jetpack-connected site), and could you please share your site URL?
Please keep in mind, these forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com managed hosting. If your site is hosted elsewhere, help is available in the WordPress.org forums or by contacting your hosting provider.

Hi metabreakr,
I put the URL in the forum form, but here it is again: Rainshadow Journal | News & Opinion from the Upper Left Coast (rainshadownorthwest.com).
This not my WordPress account, but I am a designated editor for it and do have a username/password–i just can’t get access.
I’m guessing from what you said, I might have to go to the WorPress.org forum. But what is my hosting provider? Not the same as my internet provider–right?
