Can’t get in – password problems

I have a regular WP account I CAN get into. Username: Maximillion48 Password: xxx (will tell you if needed).
There is a WP site for Rainshadow Journal (or Rainshadow Northwest) that I CANNOT access. Rainshadow is a blog for a handful of writers in my town. I am one of the writers but not the owner of the site. I am supposed to have access and editor permissions. My username: MarkClemens (one word) or my email, (email visible only to moderators and staff). Again, I can give you my password for this site, if needed (though it isn’t working for me). Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc., instead? What is the URL of the site you need help with? I did not see it mentioned in this message, and we cannot locate a website by its title of “Rainshadow Journal” so we would need to know the URL to help you further.

My access to this site has been hosed up for 3 years or so. It’s not my site, but the site’s previous administrator tried to give me editing privileges and things got screwed up. Maybe I should start over with a new username and password and have the current administrator give me permissions for now?
