Can’t get in to site

  Hello! I can’t get into the site natbaillie.digital – I need the domain don’t really care about getting into wordpress specifically.

  I changed the contact details back in May to my email –

  I have never paid for this site as it was transferred over me.

  I now can’t access it with my email even though last time I changed it to my email and have confirmation emails.

  How do I get in.

  Self-declared URL: natbaillie.digital
  Jetpack: Unknown
  WP.com: Unknown

  Hey there,

  It does not look like the site natbaillie.digital was transferred to this account. Is it possible you used a different account to access the domain and site? If you were able to update the domain contact information then it would have been that account that owns the domain. Please note that updating the contact email does not update the account or email used to sign in and manage the domain.

  I bought it through the free wordpress subscription. Now the subscription may be over but i can’t get into the site at all and the domain is unavailable

  I think I just changed the contact details. but the email before changing the contact details apparently doesn’t exist anymore

  It sounds like you mainly want to get into the WordPress.com account that owns the domain so that you can manage the domain registration. We are unable to help with account recovery issues in the forums, but I’m happy to point you in the right direction.

  Since you paid for the domain, you can follow the steps here to locate the transaction ID for your payment to WordPress.com. Once you have the transaction ID, send it to our account recovery team using the account recovery form here. They will soon get back to you via email to help you log into the correct WordPress.com account.
