cant get info on my blog

    When going onto my wordpress.com blog I cannot get any info. Eveerything I click on gets the response: There was a problem fetching your data.
    meanwhile im getting emails claiming that i’ve got new subscribers-none-of which is reflecting in the blog stats etc.
    and i got email saying that jetpack was updated to 4.7 but when on the blog it is not showing. PLEASE HELP

    survivorsharingstrength.com is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, hosted by GoDaddy.com, not by WordPress.COM.

    That site is not on WordPress.COM servers and you cannot get support for it here. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, passwords support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.

    This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
