Can't get into Account

I can not get into my other account due to authentication, I lost my phone which had my back up codes on it. I need the webpage taken down. The webpage I’m trying to get into is http://cvpicturethisphotography.com/

You need to recover the account first in order to delete the blog. There is only one account recovery process.

To delete a WordPress.COM blog you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click.

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
