cant get into account

  Hello —I cant seem to get into my account. I put i my email. (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  and the pw [password redacted by staff] and it does not take me to the site. My site is http://www.pleasantonmathtutoring.com. This tells me there is no site set up.. Please advise

  Please never post a password somewhere public like this support forum. You should not even provide your password to support staff privately, and our support staff will never ask you for your password for WordPress.com or any other service.

  Your site, http://pleasantonmathtutoring.com/, is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
