  Looking at a WHOIS entry for your domain, your domain’s nameservers are pointing to Liquidweb https://www.liquidweb.com/ Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
