Can't get into admin for my site

When I try to login it does not recognize my login info. I can’t even get it to recognize any of our email addresses. It seem like someone has hacked our site and changed all the info. Is that possible?
When I go to our webpage (www.mudquestrun.com) it has this posted at the top of the page:
