Can’t get into admin & ssl certificaat

    Good evening,

    I am hoping somebody can help me. My SSL certificate is not working and my hosting is refusing to help me unless I’m purchasing another SSL certificate/subscription which doesn’t make sence. Due to this my website has been not working lately. Now I can’t even go to the admin. (i am getting NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID and Privacy error if i try to get in)
    Is there a way to completely reset my website or add an SSL so I can actually access my website again?

    Hi Miranda,

    Your SSL certificate needs to be configured on your server at your hosting provider, so following your hosting provider’s process for this is your only option.

    We’re not your hosting provider, and have no control over your domain, your site, or the server your copy of the open source WordPress software is installed on, so we’re not able to help with this.
