Can't get into another wordpress.com account.

    I have another wordpress.com account that I set up with my girlfriend and we set up the Google Authenticator app. However, we set it up a while ago and we don’t have access to the Google Authenticator key, the dashboards, or anything while we are still being billed. We are going to request a stop payment from the bank on all further bills on the account until we receive assistance. I understand that I could fix the issue if I had access to the ftp for the account, but since I do not, I cannot fix anything. Also, since she doesn’t have access to her account, she could not request support from her end.
