  Hi. My site seems to be locked – I cannot get in to post.
  This is the message that I get on gray page
  Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Screen::is_block_editor() in /home/content/84/5392784/html/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 189

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
