  Hi,
  We haven’t been able to get into our website for 2 weeks now. When I log in through the WP Admin page, the page refreshes and then doesn’t log me in. We spoke to our hosting account and they told us to reach out to you. Please let me know if there is anything we can do. Thanks

  Ok, that is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, hosted with GoDaddy, which we can’t help with here.
