cant get into my admin site

    yes I tried to update info yesterday. Now I receive this I have an account with you for years. Why now when I try and get into my admin site I receive this: There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
    Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress. When I click on the blue it takes me to worpress.org I cant get into my site to get rid of the plugs. I do need your help please. You are welcome to remove all plugs.
