Can’t get into my blog.

    WordPress denies that I have any site with them. On October 11th I paid my subscription. Please advise, anyone, as I wish to update the blog I’ve had with them (increasingly reluctantly)for at least a decade! Dick Jones.

    Hi Dick,

    Could you please provide more details of which subscription you have purchased recently and is it associated with the patteran12 account or any other account?

    If you don’t remember what the other account is, if you have the transaction IDs, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Do you know the address of the site you had? We have no record of any WordPress.com sites on this account. It’s possible you have a different WordPress.com account or you may be using the WordPress.org software hosted elsewhere.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.
