can't get into my blog, says not private

  Ok, second time trying to post my question. My frustration is over the top…ok, I changed my word press URL from http to https, and n ow I am unable to login to my site. It says it is not private and someone may be stealing my information. There is a “back to safety” button which just puts me back to the blogs back side where I click the log-in button. a catch 22…I am going in circles. Can anyone help me?

  This site http://www.charcotchacha.com/ is NOT hosted by wordpress.COM and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   gasp! I am so over my head here! Ok, if my blog isn’t with word press . com howcome I can see my site stats for my blog when I login to wordpress.com????? I thought I signed up for a self hosted blog…which site is for that? thanks for all your help!!

  All those who use the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me for stats have to have a WordPress.COM account.
