Cant get into my dashboard

I am having trouble accessing my dashboard. Tried ten times today and was only able to get in once. Everytime I received a authentication required message telling me to put in the math of 13+3. It only worked on one occassion, The rest of the time I received this message: Unauthorized
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn’t understand how to supply the credentials required.
I never used to have this problem before. Then I tried to follow password retrieval for my email address, changed the password to my account and then it said I do not have any sites for this account….

I cannot get into my site- I updated it and updated all plugins which i think is the problem, but I cannot even get in to change anything – any of the php or files that i have read to change. I cannot get to anything bc I get this error when i login
Please help!! This is why i never do upgrades, but decided to be pro-active and upgrade things- and it’s all messed up now :(“Internal Server Error

I recommend you contact your hosting provider, since it’s not hosted here at WordPress.com. They should be able to assist.
Please do continue to upgrade, as the site is more likely to break if it’s outdated, or if you’re upgrading many items at once.
