  Wordpress keeps telling me my site belongs to someone else and I can’t get into ,y admin

  I have not been able to gain access for several months even though I am still billed for it. Whenever I try to access my site it tells me I don’t have a wordpress site, so I can’t get into stats or change or update anything. My email address recently changed although I provided two alternatives.

Since you were billed recently, the easiest way to recover access to your account is to use the account recovery form here and send us the transaction ID for your payment to WordPress.com. You can see here how to locate the transaction ID on your credit card statement.

  Once you’ve submitted the transaction ID via the account recovery form, our team will get back to you via email to help you log into the correct WordPress.com account.
