can't get into my premium account

    1. I have had several wp accounts, and have closed some. They were Azalea Soup and one other one which I can’t remember. Two days ago I opened a premium account called ‘The Reflective Heart’ with user lilliebarfield as user name. I couldn’t get into the account, no way, and it kept telling me there was no account, in spite of me seeing the blog. I opened another account (non premium) under the name Lillie Barfield. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). On my previous accounts it was (email visible only to moderators and staff) but is no longer a working acccount. I either need to be reimbursed and to have the site closed down or to have it fixed, as I have gone through all of wp loops and have not been able to get into the account. Can someone, if you can’t fix it, give me the contact for someone who can? I’ am definitely not happy at this point in time.
