Can’t get into my site.

  When I try to login to manage my site, I get a message saying I entered an invalid recaptcha value. But there is no recaptcha in the login.
  I was trying to add one on the contact form on my site to cut down on spam, but I accidentally added it to my login. I thought I reversed that, but obviously not. Now I can’t get in at all.
