Can’t get into my site

When I try to add another post to my site, https://www.boo-thedogblog.com/ I keep getting told that I don’t have any wordpress sites yet. I do, it’s called https://www.boo-thedogblog.com/ and it has been running for nearly a year now.
What has gone wrong? -
That site is over there at Bluehost, not on WordPress.com servers. Can you reach it directly at https://www.boo-thedogblog.com/wp-login.php?
