to (email visible only to moderators and staff)Good evening. I am having issues logging into my admin portal. I have my domain name with Ionos and had to switch accounts. Doing that caused my domain to detach itself from wordpress

When I try to reset the password I am using my email and my user name popupcleaning_admin neither one works.
I have tried contacting the designer but I am not getting a response. Need help with this issue.I still need help with this. Also I am needing to transfer my domain from ionos to wrod press so all my products are in one place
