Can’t get into my website it says it doesn’t recognise it?

  Hi I have tried to login into my website pursuitconsulting.com.au but it says it doesn’t recognise it and it doesn’t exist which is clearly does. It has never happened before can you please help

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
