cant get into site

  hey i have just changed the website URL to the one i sent you and whenever i go onto it, the page errors and says ‘opphotography.com refused to connect.’ can you help me please ?

  the previous URL is opeplow.com. i go to this site then it asks for admin login, i click on that then it gives the the error message
