Can't get into the blog I thought I deleted

Lemme try this again, because I don’t think it posted right the first time.
Came to wordpress. Total noob. Created a blog. Didn’t like it. THOUGHT I deleted it.
Came back later. Created a new blog. DID NOT create a new account — it was the same exact account name, email, password, everything from the previous one. Just a new BLOG. Come to find out that the old blog is still up with all the posts on it. I don’t know why it’s still up when I’ve deleted it?? I cleared my browser cache and everything, it’s still there.
I tried to log back into the admin part of it by typing the wp-admin after the url, but it said that ‘ronnesque’ (me) ‘didn’t have permission to access the admin portion of the page,’ and that I should ‘ask the administrator’. I AM the administrator. Why can’t I get back in? I don’t want to have it just sitting there if I don’t have access to it… I want to be able to get in to delete it. Please help…

The new blog is lavandesque.wordpress.com.
The old one, the one I need to get into that I can’t and that is denying me access, is ronnesque.wordpress.com.
And again, for the record, I didn’t use any different email or username or password to sign up and create either of them. It was the same exact account, so I don’t know why it’s not letting me in.

Yeah, and then, check this out. I go to ronnesque.wordpress.com/blog, I go down and click “report.”
This popped up:

Reporting my own blog. If it’s my own blog, why can’t I get into it? Apparently I have no role on that page whatsoever, because when I go to my sites, it’s not listed anywhere. And yet that popup, right there, is admitting that is in fact MY BLOG. So…
Something is really screwy here.

I even tried to report my own blog, last resort…I pressed the spam option, typed in the required report, and there’s no submit button…
…What’s going on here, guys.

I had look at the account you are logged in to and can only see one site: lavandesque.wordpress.com.
Apparently I have no role on that page whatsoever, because when I go to my sites, it’s not listed anywhere.
It looks like you tried to delete ronnesque.wordpress.com and during that process your user account was removed — which is why the site is no longer visible in My Sites.
I want to be able to get in to delete it. Please help…
Once a site has been deleted, it cannot be restored. If you are sure you would like to delete ronnesque.wordpress.com, I can do that for you. Just reply to confirm you would like me to do so.
