Can’t get into WordPress/site not working

    The WordPress app on my phone works, but it won’t allow me to access my site on the PC. I login via WordPress and it says I don’t have access to the site, and I login via Bluehost/click “go to WordPress” and it won’t load the page. How do I fix this?
    My site is also having issues now, it was working fine this morning and yesterday. The main page loads fine, but if I click anything all formatting is lost and it just shows basic text. Is this an issue on my end?

    It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
