Can't get menu options up on the header bar

    Ive followed the instructions and tried all sorts of other things too but the Main menu only wants to stay as a drop down menu rather than get its arse in the header space….any suggestions? Thanks

    Hi there,

    There might be a couple of reasons why the menu looks as a drop-down.

    The first happens when the pages are set as ‘children’ of a ‘parent’ page. To make sure that’s not the case, check the Page Attributes of each page and make sure that no Parent Page is ticked.

    The other reason is when the different menu items in the Menu settings of the Customizer, are not stacked one on top of each other, but are set as descendants of the main page. To change that click on Reorder, and then click on the left arrow < so that they are inline.

    Hi @elfinflower8, @taniametalli, is right in the second case. Open the About menu at Customize > Menus and move each to open it and then click the “out from under…” in each to move them back to the top level.
