can’t get my Audio Player to play
-
I have paid for the Space Upgrade and uploaded a song. I chose “none” as the option for the link URL. The player appears at the top of my post, but when you click on it, it says “buffering” and never plays. I’ve tried it as an mp3 and as an m4a. Can anyone help me to fix this? Here is the link to my site – Thanks in advance!!!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The name of the file is 03-banana-pancakes.mp3, right? Try reuploading it and using the new URL you’ll get after removing the number and the dashes.

Thank you so much for your quick reply! I don’t understand what you mean by “removing the number and dashes” Sorry…..this is all new to me :)
I tried reuploading it several times now and it still won’t work.
How did you know the file name – is it visible on other people’s sites, because it’s not on mine.
Thank you for all your help – I’m still tweeking it over here!

1. You’ve got that mp3 in your computer. Change its name to any word or phrase without numbers, dashes, other punctuation marks, or spaces; then upload it to your blog and use its URL with the audio player shortcode.
2. No, the file name is not directly visible. But browsers have a “View Source” function. That shows us the whole code of your page (which includes the code for the audio player, which includes the URL of your mp3). Examining the source code may allow us to spot possible problems.
