Can't get my dailystories.org site to work

I just transferred over my domain over to wordpress from Godaddy and I applied a template to my site but the template doesn’t seem to be applied, it just goes to parked with godaddy. Can you help me apply my template so that the wordpress template is applied to my website? My site name is http://www.dailystories.org. I changed it from http://www.dailystories4you.wordpress.com

Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
