Can't get my EEP code

I can’t get my EEP code. I have tried the support link, but when it gets to the domain settings page, I just get the columns and not settings. There is nowhere for me to click the EEP to be emailed to me. Can someone sort this out please?

Hi Timetheif, those are the instructions I followed. Not quite sure what I’m doing wrong. It works up until Domain Settings, I just can’t seem to find them on mine.

Hi there,
After you log in to the domain manager, you’ll see a list of your domain along with columns like the expiration date, status, and lock status. (There’s a screenshot of that on the log-in step of the support page.)
Once you’re there, you should click on your domain name. That will take you to the Domain Settings screen you see in the unlock the domain step.
