Cant get my refund

  These are transaction ids from which I should I have got my return. Why didn’t i? My mother is in icu. I need money

  This is a PUBLIC FORUM. Please do not post sensitive information like transaction IDs here, as that information can be used by anyone to gain access to your account.

  Those transaction IDs are for refunds we issued in September and October.

  We sent those payments back to your bank on the dates indicated in those receipts, and the funds should have been returned to your account by your bank within ten business days from those dates.

  If you haven’t received the refunds yet, the problem is at your bank, so please contact them directly to follow up on this.
