Can’t Get New Navigation Item to Show Up
-
I have updated my homepage subnav with a new menu item and no matter what I do, I can’t get it to show up. I’ve saved it, published it, etc. with no avail. I need to have this done by today so I’m hoping someone can help.

Hey there, could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with? This article may help, but your site may be configured differently:
https://wordpress.com/support/menus/Also, please note these forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com, vs using the free WordPress software with another host. If you’re not sure about your site, send a link and we can point you in the right direction.

Hi there, yes… it’s pheinsurance.com. I just started helping this company with some maintenance because their developer has dropped the ball.
You’ll notice on the left side under the main navigation, there’s the subnav with FAQ, Blog, Contact, etc. I’m trying to add “Webinars” which is powered by WebinarPress. I have a screenshot showing that “it’s there,” it’s just not showing up even after saved and published. I tried adding it as a plugin and then as a custom link, neither approach worked.
Thank you for your insight!

Thank you for the link! It looks like your site might be hosted with GoDaddy. This means we don’t have the tools to help you directly unfortunately.
The menu on the left could be coming from the theme, or a 3rd party menu plugin, or from the menus area in Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Menus
To get more help with this, you can post in the community WordPress forums (at WordPress.org): https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Just as well, you may be paying GoDaddy for some level of support and can try reaching out to them directly: https://www.godaddy.com/help/contact-us
I hope you find the solution need soon.
