can’t get new password

when I request re-set password I get a link that say ‘Please enter your username or email address. You will receive an email message with instructions on how to reset your password.’ Below that message I also get ‘Error: Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.’ When I request new link I just get the same thing time and time again!

To clarify, you would need to reset your password by clicking the “Lost your password” link on your site’s login page. Note that this is a different login than the one for WordPress.com sites at https://wordpress.com/log-in
If you’re not able to access your site’s login page since it appears your WordPress installation was configured to move the default location of your login page to somewhere other than
[yourdomain]/wp-login.php, you should reach out to your host 123-Reg for help. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem.If you still have trouble, please reach out to the WordPress community for guidance:
