  As I sent the blog to you on 27th October, no reply has been received. My WordPress is still not online since I paid the chargeback £15.00 on 11th October. Please can you action it?

  Are you talking about the address above or are you talking about http://supportatwork.net/ There is a message on the front page of that site saying:-

  “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain”.

  Yes, I am talking about http://supportatwork.net/ as the website still doesn’t work. In the message on the front page of that site, what should I do? It says that I need to upgrade my domain. Do I need to do this?
