Can't get online – Waiting urgently for your response

We are still waiting for your response since I sent the request (see below) on 5th December. The website hasn’t worked since last October 2016. This is not good for the business.
“Yes, I am talking about http://supportatwork.net/ as the website still doesn’t work. In the message on the front page of that site, what should I do? It says that I need to upgrade my domain. Do I need to do this?”Can I contact you directly by phone to fix the problem quickly?
