I presume you are talking about https://ybah.wordpress.com ?? That site isn’t missing and is still visible to visitors. If you mean you’ve lost your log in details this explains the account recovery process:-

My domain mapping feature is not working. When I enter the domain I already own “www.jacobnetertainment.com” (http://www.jacobnetertainment.com’) so that I can map it to my ybaw.wordpress.com site, I’m not able to do so. I click the “Add” button and nothing happens. I tried this feature in both Safari and Firefox browser. If I enter a domain name that does not exists, then the “Add” button works. How can I enable my domain mapping of ybah.wordpress.com to be mapped to http://www.jacobnetertainment.com” (http://www.jacobnetertainment.com’) ?

Good Morning –
jacobnetertainment.com is not currently registered. In order to use this domain you’ll need to register it first.
There are 2 ways to do this.
1. You register it directly through WordPress.com and keep everything in one place. To do that go to My Sites > Plans or My Sites > Domain > Add New
2. Register the domain through a third party site, like GoDaddy, and then map it to your WordPress.com account.
Both of these options will require that you update your account to WordPress.com Personal or the plan of your choice. There’s a side by side comparison available at https://wordpress.com/pricing/

My domain name is registered with Homestead. You have been hosting my site for 4 years. What is the problem?

Who can I speak with. You have been hosting my site for 4 years. The Add New button does not work, because it is already recognizing my domain as active and therefore cannot be a new add. My domain is registered through Homestead and 2 Cows. For some reason, after all this time, the domain is not mapping. If for some reason my plan has lapsed, I just need to understand how that happened and to sign up for the same plan I had before. How can this be done quickly. Will someone please respond.

Did you just have domain mapping in the past? There have been some changes at WordPress.com and new users need to have at least a Personal plan upgrade for the domain mapping to work. But I believe existing accounts can just renew the domain mapping here:-

Existing accounts with domain mapping can renew just the domain mapping (yes there is a charge) but I don’t know if, having let your domain mapping expire this is still the case for you. Did you actually try the above link? If domain mapping isn’t listed there as an option perhaps you are too late and now need upgrade to a Personal plan as well to get domain mapping.

Is there anyway I can speak with someone to just check my account to see what I have already subscribed to, and if the upgrade is needed, and will solve this problem.
