Can't get onto my site

My blog, http://olbigjim.wordpress.com/ has been idle for some time. The past few days I’ve been attempting to get on and make a new post. Can’t do it. My likes, followers, visitors, comments, etc do not display at all. I only get the spinner of death. Can a staff member help me resuscitate my site? I’ve been here since 2010.

I checked http://olbigjim.com/ and everything is working properly – I am able to access it from my end. Also, you’re currently logged into the correct account that the site is under, so you should have access to it from your end. Are you saying that the spinner of death is preventing you from accessing the site?
If so, this may be a cache issue. Have you tried logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache?

Thank you for your response! I appreciate it. This just gets curiouser and curiouser. I’ve cleared my browser’s cache back to the beginning of time. I also tried accessing it on Microsoft Edge. I can still see the blog, but I can’t do anything in the admin area, at all. There’s no button to write a new post either.

Belay my last message. My Companion spotted it. Down in the lower right corner is an icon that says “Customize”. There are three dots for more; I clicked it and it gave me an option to sign in. I did and voila, I’m in! Thanks again for helping, I appreciate it very much!
